Our Story
Founded on the idea of being reliable.
Reliant Fire was started by founder Scott Krueger. Prior to Reliant Fire Apparatus, Scott was an employee at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, WI, where he held positions directly dealing with Pierce products and the marketing and sale of those products.
Reliant Fire Apparatus was incorporated in 1994 as the exclusive organization representing Pierce Manufacturing in the southern portion of Wisconsin, operating out of our main facility in Slinger, WI. In 2011, Reliant expanded its Pierce territory as the exclusive organization for the state of Iowa, operating out of our Des Moines, IA facility. Today we serve Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan.
The name "Reliant" was selected as the basis for all that the company stands for and does. Our main goal is to be the most reliable dealer each customer has ever worked with — reliable responses to every inquiry, reliable factual information, reliable and accurate pricing and proposals, a reliable and professional experience with each sale, production, delivery, and training, and reliable service and parts after delivery.
